WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL
The items provided by https://world-of-beret.com are new and guaranteed to be compliant and free of defects. These items are identical to traditional trade items.
In the event that an item is defective or non-compliant, you have 14 working days to request an exchange or refund from receipt of the items at your home. As part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, World of Beret is required to reimburse the sum(s) paid by the customer at no cost with the exception of return costs. The refund in question will be due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
